RESERVATIONS Presently we are taking reservations for the 2009 season.  

 Reservations require a 15% deposit in the form of a personal check, bank check or money order. We are unable to accept credit cards.

 Please make checks payable to: Eagle Watch Charters.  Total expected cost must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to scheduled trip date. Cancellations will be refunded in full if made 60 days or more prior to scheduled trip date. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to but more than 30 days prior to scheduled trip date will be refunded at 50% of amount on deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to scheduled trip date will not be refunded, but will receive full credit toward another trip within one year of previously scheduled trip date.

 2.5% Borough Sales Tax will be added to total trip cost. Due to the rapidly escalating fuel costs we reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge of 5% of total cost at the time of trip.
